Spreading the culture of sustainability and presenting a new tool to combat climate change: CERs. This is the theme at the center of the meeting held in Catania entitled: “Renewable Energy Communities, a virtuous path to reduce pollution”.
The conference, held for citizens, Public Administration and stakeholders of the territory, presented the advantages of creating local energy communities and the benefits that all subjects can obtain from a social, economic and above all environmental point of view.
Together with Federesco and the Municipality of Adrano, the mayor of the metropolitan city of Catania, Enrico Trantino, the President of GSE (Energy Services Manager), Paolo Arrigoni, the MEP Annalisa Tardino, the Councilor for Energy of the Sicilian Region, Roberto Di Mauro, the Director of ACOSET SpA, Antonio Coniglio, the President of IACP Catania, Angelo Salvatore Sicali, Stefano Monticelli of E2.0 and the manager of the European project SUN4U were present.
